About PrimaryStages’ Theatre Performances:
Entertaining and educational fun for families ages 2 - 102, Primary Stages Performances provide interactive experiences by highly skilled actors, musicians and dancers that are developmentally appropriate, educational and entertaining. Excellent live theater through its immediacy and intimacy can create a transformational experience for everyone, but especially for young children. Often performances are followed by a hands-on workshop to provide the audience with a further enriched arts experience.

Vision Disturbance
by Christina Masciotti, directed by George Hatza
"The heart and the eye are more connected than people think." Vision Disturbance delves into the off-kilter world of a Greek woman struggling to adjust to life without her ex-husband in Reading, PA. The onset of an eye disorder renders her blind in one eye and her relationship with the world becomes increasingly distorted. As she attempts to regain her vision, she is surprised by an unconventional eye doctor who helps her confront her changed circumstances and rediscover what it means to be alive.
