Private Music Instruction

Private music lessons are once a week, ½ hour in length. Longer lessons can be arranged when appropriate.  All instruction includes technique as well as theory and the lesson material is chosen to fit the age and experience level of the student.  The student is responsible for the purchase of their own music book, sheet music and instrument.  Tuition: $23 per half hour session, depending on the Instructor (nonmembers $22).

Private Instruction is ongoing and runs on a session schedule.  Our tuition is based on the number of weeks per session, which is determined by what days the Institute is open.  Your bill for Private Instruction will reflect the number of weeks in the session, depending on which day your lesson takes place. *In support of our commitment to continued education, we encourage students to continue lessons throughout the Summer.  We bill for only eight, allowing the student to use the extra days as vacation or to use them as uncharged lessons. Students must re-register for Summer.
